Complete your account profile
From Settings > Organisation, upload your company logo and complete the company profile.

Attach and upload company knowledge documents to Swise AI
Next we need to give Swise AI useful context about your company so that it’s suggestions, content and style are aligned to and informed by the nuance of your business. This step is crucial. Remember, Swise AI is private and your data is never shared outside of your organisation.
Head to Settings > Knowledge, attach links to publicly accessible company websites and documentation, and upload key documents that can help Swise AI instantly understand your company.
We recommend uploading and attaching the following knowledge artifacts as a minimum:
Company website homepage URL
Product/services help documentation URL
Privacy policy URL
Staff onboarding handbook
Staff-facing internal FAQ documents which help team members get up to speed
Internal copy-writing style guide
Existing compliance reports or documents
Sales presentations and product collateral
Product whitepapers
Security and privacy FAQs or template answers used by your Sales team

Link Swise to your Cloud provider
From the Integration section work through the steps to link your Swise account to your Cloud accounts. This step activates Swise Cloud security feature which immediately reviews, assesses and highlights configuration and other risk areas relating to your live Cloud security posture.

Invite your team
Now it’s time to bring your team in. Before you can assign security project tasks your team members will need to accept the invites you send them.
Swise is not billed based on the number of team members in your account, and we encourage you to bring your full team in as collaborators to work together on your security project.
Some Swise features are reserved for Admins, so take a moment to review the Permissions area of Settings to get an understanding of which access level your team members may require.
When ready, go ahead and invite each of your team members. If useful, you can also assign team members to groups.
Congratulations, you’ve completed the basic setup of Swise!
