Swise AI is a secure and private AI assistant that powers many features in the Swise AI platform.

There are many areas of your security and compliance journey that Swise AI is automatically aware of, and it maintains an up-to-date understanding as the details change. For example, when you visit your security compliance project dashboard, or cloud security dashboard, Swise AI immediately provides an up-to-date summary based on the latest information.

But to get the best out of Swise AI, it is important to also teach it about your organisation. To understand why, lets consider an example where Swise AI is drafting a new security policy for you, relating to one of your products. Through the document creation journey, Swise AI will ask questions about the scope and nature of the policy you'd like it to create, then it will prepare a draft based on best practices. However, for Swise AI to have a good understand of your products, how they're named and described, it would need additional information. We refer to this 'knowledge'.

Guidelines on which knowledge to add

There are many types of knowledge that can help Swise, such as general information about your business and products, sales and marketing collateral, copywriting and brand guidelines and of course, more context about existing security and compliance policies.

We recommend uploading and attaching the following knowledge artefacts as a minimum:

  • Product/services help documentation

  • Privacy policy

  • Staff onboarding handbook

  • Staff-facing internal FAQ documents which help team members get up to speed

  • Internal copy-writing style guide

  • Existing compliance reports or documents

  • Sales presentations and product collateral

  • Product whitepapers

  • Security and privacy FAQs or template answers used by your Sales team

Check out the account setup guide to learn where and how to add knowledge to Swise.
